International Shoppers Eligible for Tax-free

Minimum purchase amount at the store in a single day between 5,000 yen and 500,000 yen(not including tax)

Items must be taken out of Japan within 30 days of purchase

*The items will be sealed in a special tax-free purchase bag.

*Some campaigns will not apply when sold tax-free.

Tax-free Procedure

    Please bring products eligible for tax exemption to the Tax-free counter.

    Adjustment procedures will be carried out.
    Please show your passport and other necessary items. Please pay the tax-exempt purchase amount in Japanese yen or with your credit card.

    Please sign the document stating your purchase at the Tax-free counter.

  • 4

    A Proof of Tax-free Purchase will be attached to your passport. Submit it to Customs when leaving Japan.

NOTES
Tax-free consumable items are sealed in a special tax-free purchase bag.
Do not open this bag until leaving the country as doing so will cause the purchased item to be subject to taxation.
